1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please check the product description for details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@shopforurauto.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
